What payment options do you offer? Currently we accept payment by cheque (payable at New Delhi and NCR region) / demand draft (for companies based elsewhere). To order a hosting account now please fill out our order form.

Your prices are lower / higher than other companies. Does that mean your hosting is better / worse than these other companies? Our prices are lower than many other prices you have seen, and our offered features/quality are better than most other companies. We do not offer the cheapest or the highest price but we do offer top quality solutions at a reasonable price. We do not offer any unlimited plans/solutions to anyone in order to maintain "Quality of Service" for all. Business organizations should always beware of unlimited disk space / unlimited data transfer offerings etc. You yourself may be in business or a professional. Does an unlimited offering on any product or service make sense to you? Would a company honor its commitments if all its customers pay a limited price and start making unlimited use of their products/services?

Can international users purchase your hosting?
Not on this web site. It is intended for our customers across India. We have a separate web site for our international users who wish to pay in a currency other than Indian Rupee.

If I buy a smaller plan and want to upgrade later, is it possible? You can upgrade your plan at any time. Just contact us and we will assist you with the upgrade.

Do you offer a trial period or a money back guarantee? We do not offer a trial period or money back guarantee. Not offering the same helps us maintain our industry renowned top quality at reasonable pricing.
