In this Free Photoshop Website Designing Video Tutorial, we will show you how to use Hand Tool. “Hand Tool” is used to navigate to other area of an image, which is not visible in the document window. You can also view the hidden portion of the image using scroll bars. This tool is also helpful in website designing. If you want to use any image in the website but need some modifications in different areas of the image then first zoom any particular area which you want to modify using "Zoom Tool". Now, using "Hand Tool" you can navigate to other area, which you want to modify.

Steps for using Hand Tool:
Select File > Open.
Select hand Tool from the toolbar.
Click and hold your mouse on the document window and move to any side of the image. You can also view another area of an image using Navigator Palette.

Press "Spacebar" while using any other tool (except Type Tool), this will activate hand tool.
How to change the color of the Navigator Palette:
Select Window > Navigator.
Left click on the small triangle given on the right side of the Navigator Palette. Select “Palette Options” from the menu available.
A “Palette Options” dialogue box is appeared. Select different options available in the Color drop down or choose a color from the color box.
You can navigate to other portions of an image using Navigator Palette. Select Window > Navigator to open navigator palette. Just click on the different portions of the image in the palette to view those areas in the document window.
Hand Tool options given in the Tool Options Bar:
When you select Eyedropper Tool or Color Sampler Tool related tool options appear in the Tool Options bar. These options are described below:
Actual Pixels: To view the image in its actual pixels.
Fit On Screen: Your image will get fit into the size of your screen.
Print Size: This will show you the size of your image in which this will get printed.
